Hi guys!! I'm back and today I will be bringing you through what I have learned from Salesforce free flexible online training platform, Trailhead. 



The first module I completed I learned about salesforce and their values, salesforce offer knowledgeable salespeople, provide personalised support and services. They provide solutions for sales, service, marketing and commerce. They also ensure that Salesforce is tailored to your specific business needs. 




In the next module I completed, I learned about the Fourth Industrial Revolution this includes the introduction of new technologies such as; Robotics, 3D Printing, Internet of Things and connected devices, AI and machine learning, and virtual and augmented reality. This revolution is brought about by the fast pace that technologies are emerging. A very important point that was made during this module was that although these new technologies can change the world in a positive way, these technologies can have a negative impact if we do not take into account how they will change us.


In the next module I learned more about how Salesforce applications can be extended to suit the
organisations specific needs. This platform services is called Customer 360 Platform, the integrated services include; mobile business, AI – to predict outcomes, automate workflows, recommend actions. Image recognition on apps, data can be integrated with connected devices on Salesforce. For example with the AI powered predictions, this can predict how likely a sale is to close.



These modules are really useful, this is only a snapshot of some of the learning they offer. It is a really quick and easy way to build your knowledge about CRM systems.
